Travis Hyde is the founder and CEO of HotSkills, Inc. Since its start in 2002 as an information technology staff augmentation firm, HotSkills has expanded to include a management consulting practice and has experienced annual double-digit revenue growth. In 2007, the company launched Orange Parachute, creating a division focused on management consulting with an emphasis on information security.

Hyde drives overall growth of the businesses by delivering excellent client service and by empowering employees to do the same. Prior to starting HotSkills, Hyde served as a consultant for several Fortune 500 companies. In 1997, he co-founded Universal Network Solutions and served as CEO for five years. Under his leadership, the business grew to thirty employees and twenty contractors before he decided to sell his ownership interest in 2002 to focus on information security and risk management.

A native of Minnesota, Hyde remains loyal to the local sports teams. In his free time, he enjoys participating with charitable organizations, spending time with family and friends, including his wife Bridgette and son Freddie, playing basketball and golf, listening to music, and reading.
