Travis Hyde is the founder and CEO of HotSkills, Inc. and Orange Parachute. Since founding HotSkills, Inc. in 2002 as an information technology consulting firm, HotSkills has expanded to include a management consulting practice and has experienced annual double-digit revenue growth. In 2007, HotSkills spun-off Orange Parachute, creating a division focused on management consulting with an emphasis on information security and enterprise risk management.

Travis drives overall growth of the businesses by working to continuously improve upon existing delivery models, developing and executing corporate-wide strategies, recruiting high-level subject matter experts, and ultimately assuming responsibility for the business as a whole.

Prior to founding HotSkills, Hyde co-founded Universal Network Solutions in 1997 and served as CEO for five years. Under his leadership, the experience double-digit growth in each and every year up to 2002, when he sold his ownership in the firm to found HotSkills, Inc. and focus on management consulting, with emphasis on information security and enterprise risk management. Prior to founding UNS, he served as a consultant for several Fortune 500 companies, assisting CEO’s of growing businesses to implement effective and efficient methodologies to establish corporate vision, execute on that vision, and develop effective exit strategies.

A native of Minnesota, Hyde remains loyal to the local sports teams. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, including his children Freddie and Zooey, and his dog, Ozzie. He also enjoys playing basketball and golf, listening to music, social events, and both business and adventure travel.
