HotSkills, Inc. was founded by Travis Hyde in 2002 to focus on providing clients with the "hottest skills" in the information security and risk management field. Those included identity management, application security, information security management, and many other "hot skills". HotSkills employs top-tier consultants as subject-matter experts and provides technical/operational security consulting services to companies in a wide variety of industries, including financial services, business services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and telecommunications.

Highly-skilled HotSkills consultants conduct assessments, oversee projects, lead in-house technical teams, serve as "in-house educators" and facilitate more efficient business operations.

In 2003, Hyde hired an information security management expert and began a new practice focused on Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). Applying our unique, proprietary information security methodologies, HotSkills quickly became a leader in the industry. We have completed multiple successful ISO certifications on behalf of clients worldwide.

HotSkills launched Orange Parachute in 2007, renaming its management consulting practice. We also continue to help clients achieve success through subject-matter expert staff augmentation under the HotSkills name.
