GRC Framework Development (Phase II)

In this phase, we take the findings in Phase 1 (Assessment Phase), and establish a defensible, comprehensive framework for the development of repeatable, auditable, and measurable processes as well as a robust governance model.

Often times, it becomes a simple matter of packaging. Since we've done this so many times, we have the expertise, tools and methodologies in place to package everything up into a cohesive program. Many of our clients have a solid foundation already in place, and we simply step in to make certain the GRC program is being designed and implemented in an efficient manner, saving our client both time and money.
